In high school I completed a Certificate II in Hospitality (Kitchen Operations) at The Gordon. This proved pivotal to my career as upon completion I felt inspired and confident in my ability as a cook and driven to explore my options.

With a passion for food and a love of the café and restaurant scene in Geelong, I naturally chose to complete my qualification at The Gordon. The blended learning program gave me a great opportunity to gain a comprehensive experience of the industry, whilst simultaneously obtaining a fantastic education from the teachers.

Working in hospitality has also shaped me as a person. I have broadened my network and have been exposed to new experiences and people from different walks of life. This has influenced my personal growth and confidence and I have started my own Instagram page, growing my professional profile as a chef, sharing my own culinary creations, and
demonstrating my capabilities to attract followers.
