One of the most enjoyable aspects of studying with The Gordon is the constant support of knowledgeable and patient teachers, along with the access to state-of-theart equipment to provide me with the best opportunity to practice learnt skills with a hands-on approach.
Work placements and industry projects have provided me with a variety of on the job experiences. Day to day my job consists of gardening maintenance, designing, plant selection and planting. Moving forward, I would like to continue my training by studying a Diploma of Horticulture, and further into the future, I’m aiming to start my own business and train the next generation of apprentices.
The Gordon offers flexible learning options if I want to do further study with them, and they provide pathways to university if I want to take that route. Ultimately, The Gordon has set me up to help further my career pathways and set me up for greatness through a combination of ongoing professional development opportunities and constant support.
